Why So Serious?!?!

With project runway's season premiere today, Mamma mia's in new york today and Batman coming out friday I decided to write about those

starting with Batman: The Dark Knight!

I started by creating an outfit after the Joker, the most talked about character in the film.
Costume designer Linda Flemming described his look as "a punky, new romantic feel."

The purple ruffle blouse is from
The white blouse -
Green Vest -
Bow necklace -
Bow flats -

Trench coats left to right
Purple2- from Burberry go to
Blue- from Burberry go to

Rachel Dawes

Accessorize Barette Clip -
Micah's Pave Circle Drop Earrings-
Shoshanna's Pearl Drop Earrings -
Alexander McQueen Skull clasp clutch -
Black Stilletos 1 -
Black Stilletos 2 -
One shoulder taffeta dress -
Sexy Twisted Rihanna Cocktail Dress -

For the Batman Fan

Batman's style for the sequel is said to have a "lighter, sleeker look" than the last one so I tried to stay away from making the typical t-shirt with the Batman Logo with funky jewelry and instead added options like fedoras or a long black cardigan

All Over Batman Tee -
Black Shorts -
Ballet Flats -
Miss Selfridge Black Longline Cardigan -
Ripped Jeans - Abercrombie
headband - forever 21
ring - YSL
fedora -

I'm hoping to get some DIY projects done that I'll post pictures of soon in honor of Project Runway

That is a great and original idea for a post. God, Heath Ledger in that role... I know people say he is creepy, but there is something so... hot about him.
Thanks for the neat outfit ideas!

According to Entertainment Weekly...the Joker's outfit was modeled a bit after Johnny Rotten's clothing.

So the "punky" touch to them makes sense.

Heath Ledger owns the role now...sad he is no longer with us.

I love the items you picked for the "Joke"' inspired outfits.

It makes little difference what year a designer watches was manufactured or what the current fashion style is. A luxury watch from Bell & Ross watches becomes a continuous symbol that leaves a memorable impression. Breitling watches are considered to be among the best in fashion because they cater to number of different tastes.

Wow.. I'm a joker fan, I really like this character, he is pure evil. In fact my husband who likes to visit Viagra Online also loved this custom.
